I don't think it is application specific. First, it ask for paperport msi file. I then delete passport application and reboot my system. Now, it ask for another application msi file. Help????1 person got this answerI do too

This is what happens:After start windows, windows installer window pop up trying to load. Another window pop open asking "Please wait while windows configure ..." and ask for source disk. First, it asked for one of the dvd application. I then remove that application using the control panel "add/remove software". Now it ask for paperport. "Error 1706. No Valid Source could be found for product Paperport. The windows installer cannot continue."I am running windows XP service pack 3 and windows installer 4.5
